Common Questions

To use Zoho Projects in your workflow, you will first need to connect Zoho Projects to Built.io Flow Enterprise. 

To do this, drag any Zoho Projects action listed under Zoho Projects service on the canvas and click on ‘Add New’ option listed under ‘Connect to Zoho Projects’ field in the configuration window. A connection configuration window will appear, as shown below:

Enter values for the fields specified below:

Connection Label (optional): Provide a new name for the connection.

Select Credential Type: Select the credential type using which you want to create the connection.

    If you select 'Login' you would need to provide the following details:

        Email Address: Enter the email address of your Zoho Projects account. 

        Password: Enter the password for the specified email address. 

    If you select 'AuthToken', you would need to provide the following details:

        Auth Token: Enter the authtoken of your Zoho Projects account. To retrieve the authtoken of your Zoho Projects account, first login to your Zoho Projects account and then Click here.    

Once you have entered these details, click on 'ADD' button. You will be redirected to the canvas. 

You can now see the added connection under ‘Connect to 'Zoho Projects’ field. Once added, this connection will be available in all Zoho Projects actions and triggers.
