To use Zoho CRM in your workflow, you will first need to connect Zoho CRM to Built.io Flow Enterprise.
To do this, drag any Zoho CRM action listed under Zoho CRM service on the canvas and click on ‘Add New’ option listed under ‘Connect to Zoho CRM’ field in the configuration window. A new connection window will appear where you will be prompted to enter the 'Auth Token' for your Zoho CRM account.
To retrieve the auth token of your Zoho CRM account, click here.
You can optionally change the connection name in 'Connection Label' field.
Once you have entered the auth token, click on 'ADD'.
You can now see the added connection under ‘Connect to Zoho CRM’ field. Once added, this connection will be available in all Zoho CRM actions and triggers.
