Common Questions

To use Zilkr in your workflow, you will first need to connect Zilkr to Built.io Flow Enterprise. 

To do this, drag any Zilkr action listed under Zilkr service on the canvas and click on ‘Add New’ option listed under ‘Connect to Zilkr’ field in the configuration window. A new connection window will appear. 


In order to retrieve the APP ID and App Token, follow the steps given below:

1. Install the Built.io Flow app from the Zilkr app directory. 

2. Open the installed app. When you browse through the app settings, you can see the 'App ID' and "App token'. 

Once you have entered these details, click on the 'ADD' button. This will automatically add a connection under ‘Connect to Zilkr’ field. Once added, this connection will be available in all Zilkr actions and triggers.
