To use Zendesk in your workflow, you will first need to connect Zendesk to Built.io Flow.
To do this, drag any Zendesk action listed under Zendesk service on the canvas. In case of configuring Zendesk triggers, double-click the Start icon on your canvas and select Zendesk service. Then click on the Add New option listed under Authorize Zendesk field in the configuration window. You will be prompted to enter the subdomain of your Zendesk account. If your zendesk account URL is https://myzen.zendesk.com, then myzen is your subdomain name.
After you have entered the subdomain name, you will be prompted to allow a set of permissions to Built.io Flow. Click ALLOW.
Next, you will be prompted to login to your Zendesk account in case you are not already logged-in.
Once you have logged in, you will be redirected to canvas.
Rename the authorization as per your choice and click ADD. You can now see the added authorization under the Authorize Zendesk field. Once added, this authorization will be available in all Zendesk actions and triggers.
