Common Questions

To use Zendesk in your flow, you will first need to connect Zendesk to Built.io Flow Enterprise.

To do this, drag any Zendesk action listed under Zendesk service on the canvas and click on ‘Add New’ option listed under ‘Authorize Zendesk’ field in the configuration window. You will be prompted to enter the subdomain of your Zendesk account. If your zendesk account URL is 'https://myzen.zendesk.com', then myzen is your subdomain name.

After you have entered the subdomain name you will be prompted to allow a set of permissions to Built.io Flow Enterprise. Click on 'Allow'.
