Wrike is an online project management and work collaboration tool. Any event within Wrike can be set as a trigger for your flow. Whenever the specified event happens, the associated flow will run automatically.
To set any Wrike event as trigger, you first need to switch on the trigger toggle button located near the ‘Start’ icon in your flow. Then, from the list of triggers under ‘All Triggers’ on the right, drag and drop Wrike in to the given box.
Once you do this, select any event of your choice that you wish to set as trigger from the ‘Select Trigger’ dropdown options. Let us have a look at the various Wrike events that you can set as triggers.
New Folder: When you set ‘New Folder’ as trigger, the associated flow will run automatically whenever a new folder is created in your Wrike account. To set this as trigger, first select the appropriate access token for Wrike. Then, specify the ID of your Wrike account. By entering the ID here, you ensure that the flow would run automatically whenever a new folder is created in this specific Wrike account. Once you enter the required details, save the trigger, and click on ‘Done’ to return to your canvas.
Once you have entered all the details, 'Save' them and click on 'Done'. This will take you back to canvas.
