Typeform is an online form builder that alolows developers to dynamically build forms on the fly. Any event within Typeform can be set as a trigger for your workflow. Now whenever the specified event happens, the associated workflow will run automatically.
To set any Typeform event as trigger, you first need to switch on the trigger toggle button located near the ‘Start’ icon in your workflow. Then, from the list of triggers under ‘All Triggers’ on the right, drag and drop Typeform in to the given box.
Once you are done with this, select any event of your choice that you wish to set as trigger from the ‘Select Trigger’ dropdown options. Let us have a look at the various Typeform events that you can set as trigger.
New Entry:When you set ‘New Topic’ as trigger, Built.io Flow will run the associated workflow automatically whenever a user fills out a specific typeform. To set this as a trigger, enter your Typeform API Key and the ID of the form for which you wish to set the trigger. Once you are done with entering these details, enter a suitable name for this trigger. Save the trigger and click on ‘Done’ to return to your workflow canvas. Now, whenever a user fills out the specified typeform, the workflow will run automatically.
Once you have entered all the details, 'Save' them and click on 'Done'. This will take you back to canvas.
