To use Trello in your workflow, you will first need to connect it with Built.io Flow.
To do this, drag any Trello action listed under Trello service on the canvas. In case of configuring Trello triggers, double-click on the Start icon on your canvas and select Trello service. Then, click the Add New option listed under the Authorize Trello field in the configuration window. If you are not logged in to your Trello account, you will be prompted to login to your Trello account first. If you are already logged in, you will be prompted to authorize Built.io Flow to access Trello account. Click the Allow button.
After this, you will be redirected to canvas.
Rename the authorization as per your choice and click ADD. You can now see the added authorization under Authorize Trello field. Once added, this authorization will be available in all Trello actions and triggers.
No. As of now, both the 'New Card' and 'Update Card' triggers can be set only for the owner of the Trello account. Meaning, these triggers will execute the workflow only if the owner of the Trello account creates or updates a card.
