List All Sessions

What's Swoogo: Swoogo is an online event management tool that lets you organize and manage events.

About 'List All Sessions' activity: This activity retrieves the details of some or all sessions associated with a specific event.

Connect to Swoogo: Select the appropriate connection for Swoogo from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one.

Field data

Event ID (Mandatory): In the ‘Event ID’ field, you need to select/specify the name/ID of an event of which you wish to retrieve the sessions. Clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon will fetch the list of all the events of your Swoogo account—based on the connection selected—and display it in the drop-down list.

In case there are too many events, you can search the required one by its ‘name’ or ‘ID’. Alternatively, you can manually enter the name or ID of an event of which you wish to retrieve the sessions or use the output of the previous activity as an input for this field.

Fields (Optional): Enter a comma separated list of fieldnames you wish to return in the result. By default, this activity returns 'Session ID' and 'Session Name' in the result. You can find the list of acceptable fieldnames here.

Search (Optional): Enter the ID of a session that you wish to retrieve. For example, Id=1234.

Page (Optional): Enter the page number that you wish to retrieve in the result.

Per Page (Optional): Enter the number of items you wish to include in each page. The default value for this field is '20' and the maximum value for this field is '200'.

Once you have entered all the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will retrieve the details of some or all sessions from your Swoogo account.
