List All Events

What's Swoogo: Swoogo is an online event management tool that lets you organize and manage events.

About 'List All Events' activity: This activity retrieves the details of some or all events from your Swoogo account. 

Connect to Swoogo: Select the appropriate connection for Swoogo from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one.

Field data

Fields (Optional): Enter a comma separated list of fieldnames you wish to return in the result. By default, this activity returns 'Event ID' and 'Event Name' in the result. You can find the list of acceptable fieldnames here.

Expand (Optional): Select 'Location' from the drop-down list, if you wish to include location details in the result. 

Search (Optional): Enter the name of the event of which you wish to retrieve the details.

Page (Optional): Enter the page number that you wish to retrieve.

Per Page (Optional): Enter the number of items you wish to include in each page. The default value for this field is '20' and the maximum value for this field is '200'.

Once you have entered all the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will retrieve the details of some or all events from your Swoogo account.
