Get Event Details

What's Swoogo: Swoogo is an online event management tool that lets you organize and manage events.

About 'Get Event Details' activity: This activity retrieves the details of a specific event from your Swoogo account.

Connect to Swoogo: Select the appropriate connection for Swoogo from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one.

Event ID (Mandatory): In the ‘Event ID’ field, you need to select/specify the name/ID of an event of which you wish to retrieve the details. Clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon will fetch the list of all the events of your Swoogo account—based on the connection selected—and display it in the drop-down list.

In case there are too many events, you can search the required one by its ‘name’ or ‘ID’. Alternatively, you can manually enter the name or ID of an event of which you wish to retrieve the details or use the output of the previous activity as an input for this field.

Fields (Optional): Enter a comma separated list of fieldnames you wish to return in the result. You can find the list of acceptable fieldnames here.

Expand (Optional): Select 'Location' from the drop-down list, if you wish to include location details in the result

Once you have entered the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will retrieve the details of a specific event.
