Common Questions

To use SurveyMonkey in your flow, you will first need to connect SurveyMonkey to Flow Enterprise. 

To do this, drag any SurveyMonkey action listed under SurveyMonkey service on the canvas and click on ‘Add New’ option listed under ‘Authorize SurveyMonkey’ field in the configuration window. You will be prompted to login to your SurveyMonkey ccount, if you are not already logged in. 


Next, you will be prompted to authorize Flow Enterprise to access your SurveyMonkey account resources. 


Click on 'Authorize'. You will be redirected to canvas. 


Rename the authorization as per your choice and click on ‘Add’ link. You can now see the added authorization under ‘Authorize SurveyMonkey’ field. Once added, this authorization will be available in all SurveyMonkey actions and triggers.
