Common Questions

To use SugarCRM in your workflow, you will first need to connect SugarCRM to Flow Enterprise. 

To do this, drag any SugarCRM action listed under SugarCRM service on the canvas and click on ‘Add New’ option listed under ‘Connect to SugarCRM’ field in the configuration window. A connection configuration window will appear, as shown below:


Enter values for the fields specified below:

Connection Label (optional): Provide a new name for the connection.

Instance URL (required): Enter the instance URL of your SugarCRM account. For example, if your instance URL is ‘’, then enter ‘abc123.trial’ as the value for this field. 

User Name (required): Enter the user name of your SugarCRM account. 

Password (required): Enter the password for the specified user name of your SUgarCRM account. 

Once you have entered these details, click on 'ADD' button. You will be redirected to the canvas. 

You can now see the added connection under ‘Connect to SugarCRM’ field. Once added, this connection will be available in all SugarCRM actions and triggers.
