Create Template

SparkPost is an online email delivery service provider for developers and businesses. This activity lets you create a new template in your SparkPost account. To do this, add this activity to the canvas and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for SparkPost from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one. 

Field data

Template ID (Mandatory): Provide a unique ID for the template to be created. Template ID should be unique, and can contain lowercase letters, numbers, hyphens, and underscores only.

Template Name (Optional): Provide a suitable name for the template. 

Published (Mandatory): Specify if you wish to publish the template or save it as a draft. Available options are 'True' and 'False'. By default, the value for this field is set to 'True'.

Open Tracking (Mandatory): Specify if you wish to enable or disable open tracking. Available options are 'True' and 'False'. By default, the value for this field is set to 'False'.

Click Tracking (Mandatory): Specify if you wish to enable or disable click tracking. Available options are 'True' and 'False'. By default, the value for this field is set to 'True'.

Content_Email (Mandatory): Enter the email ID of the sending domain you have set for your SparkPost account. 

Content_Name (Optional): Enter the name of the domain.

Subject (Mandatory): Provide a suitable subject line.

Reply To (Optional): Enter the email ID to which you wish the recipients to send a reply.

Body Content (Mandatory): Enter the content that you wish to add in the template. You need to enter the content either in HTML format or plaintext format.

   - HTML (Optional): Enter the content you wish to add to the template in HTML format.

   - Text (Optional): Enter the content you wish to add to the template in plaintext format.

Once you have entered all the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will create a new template in your SparkPost account.
