SoftVu provides marketing automation solutions that help businesses streamline their marketing communication processes. This activity lets you delete an existing group from your SoftVu account. To achieve this, add this activity to your canvas, and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for SoftVu. If you haven’t created a connection, select ‘Add new’ to create one.
In the ‘Group ID’ field, you need to select/specify the ID of the group that you wish to delete. Clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon will fetch the list of all the groups of your SoftVu account—based on the connection selected—and display it in the drop-down list. In case there are too many groups, you can search the required one by its ‘name’ or ‘ID’. Alternatively, you can manually enter the name or ID of the group that you wish to delete or use the output of the previous activity as an input for this field.
Once you specify the ID, click ‘Done’ and run the flow. This will delete the specified group from your SoftVu account.
