Update List Item
SalesforceIQ is a customer relationship management tool that integrates with your email accounts and mobile applications to provide effective solutions. This activity lets you update an existing list item of the specified list.To do this, add this activity to your canvas and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for SalesforceIQ from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one.
List ID (Mandatory): Select/specify the name/ID of the list of which you wish to update an existing list item. Clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon will fetch the list of all lists—based on the connection selected—and display it in the drop-down list.
In case there are too many lists, you can search the required one by its name/ID. Alternatively, you can manually enter the name/ID of the list of which you wish to update an existing list item or use the output of the previous activity as an input for this field.
List Item ID (Mandatory): Select/specify the ID of the list item that you wish to update.
List Item Name (Optional): Enter the updated name of the list item.
Account ID (Mandatory): Select/specify the ID of the account that you wish to associate with the list item.
Status (Mandatory): Specify the status type for the list item to be updated. Available options are 'Lead', 'Qualified', 'Negotiation', 'Verbal Commitment', 'Deal Won', 'Revisit Later', and 'Deal Lost'. By default, the value for this field is set to 'Select'.
Contact ID (Optional): Select/specify the contact ID that you wish to associate with the list item to be updated.
You can add multiple contact IDs by clicking on the '+ADD' link.
Field Name (Mandatory): Select/specify the field name for which you wish to add a value.
Field Value (Mandatory): Enter the value for the specified field.
You can add values for multiple fields by clicking on '+ADD' link.
Once you have entered all the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will update an existing list item of the specified list.
