SalesforceIQ is a customer relationship management tool that integrates with your email accounts and mobile applications to provide effective solutions. This activity lets you update an existing account of your SalesforceIQ account.. To do this, add this activity to your canvas and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for SalesforceIQ from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one.
Account ID (Mandatory): Select/specify the name/ID of the account that you wish to update. Clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon will fetch the list of all accounts—based on the connection selected—and display it in the drop-down list.
In case there are too many accounts, you can search the required one by its name/ID. Alternatively, you can manually enter the name/ID of the account that you wish to update or use the output of the previous activity as an input for this field.
Account Name (Mandatory): Enter the name of the account.
Field Name (Mandatory): Select/specify the field name for which you wish to add an updated value.
Field Value (Mandatory): Enter the updated value for the specified field.
You can add updated values for multiple fields by clicking on the '+ADD' link.
Once you have entered the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will update the specified account of your SalesforceIQ account.
