Get List Item Details

SalesforceIQ is a customer relationship management tool that integrates with your email accounts and mobile applications to provide effective solutions. This activity lets you retrieve the details of a specific list item of the specified list. To do this, add this activity to your canvas and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for SalesforceIQ from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one. 

Field data

List ID (Mandatory): Select/specify the name/ID of the list of which you wish to retrieve the list item Clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon will fetch the list of all lists—based on the connection selected—and display it in the drop-down list. 

  In case there are too many lists, you can search the required one by its name/ID. Alternatively, you can manually enter the name/ID of the list of which you wish to retrieve the list item or use the output of the previous activity as an input for this field.

List Item (Mandatory): Select/specify the name or ID of the list item of which you wish to retrieve the details. 


Once you have entered the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will retrieve the details of the specified list item of a specific list.
