Get Contacts List
SalesforceIQ is a customer relationship management tool that integrates with your email accounts and mobile applications to provide effective solutions. This activity lets you retrieve some or all contacts from your SalesforceIQ account. To do this, add this activity to your canvas and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for SalesforceIQ from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one.
Starting Point (Optional): Enter the page number from which you wish to start retrieving the records. By default, the value for this field is set to '0'.
Limit (Optional): Enter the number of records you wish to include in each page. By default, the value for this field is set to '0' and the maximum value for this field is '200'.
Modified Date (Optional): Specify the date to retrieve the contacts created on or after it.
Contact ID (Optional): Select/specify the name/ID of the contact of which you wish to retrieve the details. Clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon will fetch the list of all contacts—based on the connection selected—and display it in the drop-down list.
In case there are too many contacts, you can search the required one by its name/ID. Alternatively, you can manually enter the name/ID of the contact of which you wish to retrieve the details or use the output of the previous activity as an input for this field.
You can retrieve the details of multiple contacts by clicking on '+ADD' link.
Once you have entered the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will retrieve some or all contacts from your SalesforceIQ account.
