Get All List Items
SalesforceIQ is a customer relationship management tool that integrates with your email accounts and mobile applications to provide effective solutions. This activity lets you retrieve some or all list items from your SalesforceIQ account. To do this, add this activity to your canvas and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for SalesforceIQ from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one.
List ID (Mandatory): Select/specify the name/ID of the list of which you wish to retrieve the list items. Clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon will fetch the list of all lists—based on the connection selected—and display it in the drop-down list.
In case there are too many lists, you can search the required one by its name/ID. Alternatively, you can manually enter the name/ID of the list of which you wish to retrieve the list items or use the output of the previous activity as an input for this field.
Starting Point (Optional): Enter the page number from which you wish to start retrieving the records. By default, the value for this field is set to '0'.
Limit (Optional): Enter the number of records you wish to include in each page. By default, the value for this field is set to '0' and the maximum value for this field is '200'.
Modified Date (Optional): Specify the date to retrieve the list items created on or after it.
List Item ID (Optional): Select/specify the ID of the list item of which you wish to retrieve the details. You can retrieve the details of multiple list items by clicking on '+ADD' link.
Contact ID (Optional): Select/specify the ID of the contact to retrieve the list items associated with it. You can specify multiple contact IDs by clicking on '+ADD' link.
Account ID (Optional): Select/specify the ID of the account to retrieve the list items associated with it.You can specify multiple account IDs by clicking on '+ADD' link.
Once you have entered the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will retrieve some or all list items from the specified list.
