Get Account Details

SalesforceIQ is a customer relationship management tool that integrates with your email accounts and mobile applications to provide effective solutions. This activity lets you retrieve the details of the specified account. To do this, add this activity to your canvas and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for SalesforceIQ from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one. 

Field data

Account ID (Mandatory): Select/specify the name/ID of the account of which you wish to retrieve the details. Clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon will fetch the list of all accounts—based on the connection selected—and display it in the drop-down list. 

  In case there are too many accounts, you can search the required one by its name/ID. Alternatively, you can manually enter the name/ID of the account of which you wish to retrieve the details or use the output of the previous activity as an input for this field.

Once you have entered the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will retrieve the details of the specified account.
