SalesforceIQ is a customer relationship management tool that integrates with your email accounts and mobile applications to provide effective solutions. This activity lets you delete the specified contact from your SalesforceIQ account. To do this, add this activity to your canvas and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for SalesforceIQ from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one.
Contact ID (Mandatory): Select/specify the name/ID of the contact that you wish to delete. Clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon will fetch the list of all contacts—based on the connection selected—and display it in the drop-down list.
In case there are too many contacts, you can search the required one by its name/ID. Alternatively, you can manually enter the name/ID of the contact that you wish to delete or use the output of the previous activity as an input for this field.
Once you have entered the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will delete the specified contact from your SalesforceIQ account.
