Create List Item

SalesforceIQ is a customer relationship management tool that integrates with your email accounts and mobile applications to provide effective solutions. This activity lets you create a new list item in the specified list. To do this, add this activity to your canvas and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for SalesforceIQ from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one. 

Field data

List ID (Mandatory): Select/specify the name/ID of the list in which you wish to create a new list item. Clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon will fetch the list of all lists—based on the connection selected—and display it in the drop-down list. 

  In case there are too many lists, you can search the required one by its name/ID. Alternatively, you can manually enter the name/ID of the list in which you wish to create a new list item or use the output of the previous activity as an input for this field.

List Type (Mandatory): Specify the type of the list under which you wish to add a new list item. Available options are 'Contact-based List' and 'Account-based List'. By default, the value for this field is set to 'Contact-based list'. 

Contact ID (Mandatory): Select/specify the ID of the contact that you wish associate with the list item to be created. 

  You can add multiple contacts by clicking on the '+ADD' link. 

Account ID (Optional): Select/specify the account ID that you wish to associate with the list item to be created. 

List Item Name (Optional): Provide a suitable name for the new list item to be created. 

Status (Mandatory): Specify the status type for the list item to be created. Available options are 'Lead', 'Qualified', 'Negotiation', 'Verbal Commitment', 'Deal Won', 'Revisit Later', and 'Deal Lost'. By default, the value for this field is set to 'Lead'. 

Field Name (Mandatory): Select/specify the field name for which you wish to add a value.

Field Value (Mandatory): Enter the value for the specified field. 

  You can add values for multiple fields by clicking on '+ADD' link.

Once you have entered all the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will create a new list item in the specified list.
