SalesforceIQ is a customer relationship management tool that integrates with your email accounts and mobile applications to provide effective solutions. This activity lets you create a new account in your SalesforceIQ account. To do this, add this activity to your canvas and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for SalesforceIQ from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one.
Name (Mandatory): Provide a suitable name for the account to be created.
Field Name (Mandatory): Select/specify the name of the field for which you wish to add a value. Clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon will fetch the list of all fields—based on the connection selected—and display it in the drop-down list.
In case there are too many fields, you can search the required one by its name. Alternatively, you can manually enter the name of the field for which you wish to add a value or use the output of the previous activity as an input for this field.
Field Value (Mandatory): Enter the value for the specified field.
You can add values for multiple fields by clicking on the '+ADD' link.
Once you have entered the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will create a new account in your SalesforceIQ account.
