Common Questions

To use any RingCentral actions in your workflow, you will first need to connect RingCentral to Built.io Flow Enterprise.

To do this, drag any RingCentral action listed under RingCentral service on the canvas and click on ‘Add New’ option listed under ‘Authorize RingCentral’ field in the configuration window. You will be prompted to select the environment associated with the application for your RingCentral account in the ‘Select Environment’ field.

Select the environment and click on ‘Allow’. You will now be prompted to login to your RingCentral account, if you are not already logged in.

Once you have logged in to your RingCentral account, you will be redirected to your canvas.

Rename the authorization as per your choice, and click on ‘Add’ link. You can now see added authorization under ‘Authorize RingCentral’ field. Once added, this authorization will be available in all RingCentral actions and triggers.
