Get Tasks

Redbooth provides powerful online collaboration software for team and task management. Using this activity, you can get the list of all the tasks to which a user has access. To achieve this, add this activity to your canvas, and configure it. Select the appropriate access token for Redbooth. If you haven’t created an access token, select ‘Add New’ to create one.

If you wish to get the tasks of a particular organization, project, tasklist, or user (created by), enter values (id) in the relevant fields. Enter the number of results you wish to get per page (max=1000), and the number of pages you want. You can sort the results in ascending or descending order, or by the following fields: ID, created at, updated at, or position. The ‘Archived’ and ‘Assigned’ fields allow you to get only those tasks that are archived or assigned to a user, respectively. Lastly, select if you wish to get tasks based on their status.

Once you have entered all the details, click on ‘Done’ and run the flow. This will return the list of all the tasks that match the specified parameters.
