Get Roles Info
What's QuickBase: QuickBase is an online database software system that lets you create business applications.
About ‘Get Role Info' activity: This activity lets you retrieve the details of all the roles available under a specific database.
Connect to QuickBase: Select the appropriate connection for QuickBase from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one.
Application Token (Mandatory): Enter the application token of the database of which you wish to gte the roles.
Database ID (Mandatory): Select/specify the name/ID of the database under which the roles are created. Clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon will fetch the list of all the databases of your QuickBase account—based on the connection selected—and display it in the drop-down list.
In case there are too many databases, you can search the required one by its ‘name’ or ‘ID’. Alternatively, you can manually enter the name or ID of the database under which the roles are created or use the output of the previous activity as an input for this field.
User Data (Optional): Enter the data that you wish to return in response.
Once you have entered the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will retrieve the details of all the roles available under the specified database.
