What's QuickBase: QuickBase is an online database software system that lets you create business applications.
About ‘Create Field' activity: This activity lets you create a new field in the specified table.
Connect to QuickBase: Select the appropriate connection for QuickBase from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one.
Application Token (Mandatory): Enter the application token of the database under which the table is created.
Table ID (Mandatory): Select/specify the name/ID of the table in which you wish to create a field. Clicking the ‘Refresh’ icon will fetch the list of all the tables of the specified database and display it in the drop-down list.
In case there are too many tables, you can search the required one by its ‘name’ or ‘ID’. Alternatively, you can manually enter the name or ID of the table in which you wish to create a field or use the output of the previous activity as an input for this field.
Label Name (Mandatory): Provide a suitable name for the field that you wish to add.
Type (Mandatory): Select the type for the field. By default, the value for this field is set to 'Text'.
User Data (Optional): Enter the data that you wish to return in response.
Once you have entered all the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will create a new field in the specified table.
