To use Pipedrive in your flow, you will first need to connect Pipedrive to Built.io Flow Enterprise.
To do this, drag any Pipedrive action listed under Pipedrive service on the canvas and click on ‘Add New’ option listed under ‘Connect to Pipedrive’ field in the configuration window. A new connection window will appear.
You need to enter the API token for your Pipedrive account. You can optionally rename the connection name in 'Connection Label' field.
Follow the steps given below to retrieve the API token of your Pipedrive account:
1. Login to your Pipedrive account and click on your profile icon given on the top-right hand side of the window. Select 'Settings' option from the drop down list that appears.
2. A new window will appear. Locate the 'API' option and click on it. You will see the API token for your account.
Once you have entered these details, click on the 'ADD' button. This will automatically add a connection under ‘Connect to Pipedrive' field. Once added, this connection will be available in all Pipedrive actions and triggers.
