Common Questions
To use Outreach in your flow, you will first need to connect Outreach to Built.io Flow Enterprise.
To do this, drag any Outreach action listed under Outreach service on the canvas and click on ‘Add New’ option listed under ‘Authorize Outreach’ field in the configuration window. You will be prompted to authorize Built.io Flow to access your Outreach account.
Click on ‘Allow’. After this, you will be prompted to login to your Outreach account, if you are not already logged in.
Once you have logged in to your Dropbox Business account, you will be taken back to canvas.
Rename the authorization as per your choice and click on ‘Add’ link. You can now see the added authorization under ‘Authorize Outreach’ field. Once added, this authorization will be available in all Outreach actions and triggers.
