Common Questions
To use Optimizely in your flow, you will first need to connect Optimizely to Built.io Flow Enterprise.
To do this, drag any Optimizely action listed under Optimizely service on the canvas and click on ‘Add New’ option listed under ‘Authorize Optimizely’ field in the configuration window.
You will be prompted to login to your Optimizely account.
Once you have entered the login credentials, click on 'Log In'. You will be redirected to a new window where you will be prompted to authorize 'Built.io Flow' to access the resources of your Optimizely account.
Once you have clicked on 'Accept' button, you will be redirected back to the canvas.
Rename the authorization as per your choice and click on ‘Add’ link. You can now see the added authorization under ‘Authorize Optimizely’ field. Once added, this authorization will be available in all Optimizely actions.
