Get Mail Folders

What's Office 365: Office 365 refers to a group of Microsoft software and services, that lets you communicate and collaborate with your customers in an efficient manner.

About ‘Get Mail Folders' action: This action lets you retrieve the details of some or all folders of your Office 365-Outlook account.

Authorize Office 365: Select the appropriate connection for Office 365 from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one.

Field data

Folder ID (Mandatory): Enter the ID of the folder of which mails you wish to retrieve. By default, the value for this field is set to 'Root'. 

Include Fields (Optional): This block contains the list of fields you wish to include in the result set.

   Field: Select the field that you wish to include in the result set.

   You can select include multiple fields by clicking on the 'ADD' link. 

Items to be Fetched: Enter the number of items you wish to include in the result set. 

Items to be Fetched: Enter the number of items you wish to skip before retrieving the result set. 

Once you have entered the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will retrieve the details of some or all folders from your Office 365-Calendar account.
