Create Calendar Event

What's Office 365: Office 365 refers to a group of Microsoft software and services, that lets you communicate and collaborate with your customers in an efficient manner.

About ‘Create Calendar Event' action: This action lets you create a new calendar event in your Office 365-Calendar account.

Authorize  Office 365: Select the appropriate connection for Office 365 from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one.

Field data

Calendar ID (Mandatory): Select/specify the ID of the calendar under which you wish to create a new event. 

Event Title (Mandatory): Provide a title for the event you wish to create.

Start Event Date: This block contains the start date and time for the event. 

   Date and Time (Mandatory): Enter the start date and time for the event in ISO format. For example,' 2016-12-21T14:52:41.682Z'

   Time Zone (Mandatory): Enter the time zone for the event. 

End Event Date: This block contains the end date and time for the event. 

   Date and Time (Mandatory): Enter the end date and time for the event in ISO format. For example,' 2016-12-21T14:52:41.682Z'

   Time Zone (Mandatory): Enter the time zone for the event. 

Description: This block contains the description for the event you wish to create.

   Format (Mandatory): Select the format of the description you wish to add to the event. Available options are 'Text' and 'HTML'. By default, the value for this field is set to 'Text'.

     Description (Mandatory): Enter the description of the event. 

Event Location: This block contains the details for the location of the event. 

   Location Name (Optional): Enter the location of the event. 

Event Address: This block contains the address details of the event. 

   Street (Optional): Enter the name of the street.

   City (Optional): Enter the name of the city. 

   State (Optional): Enter the name of the state. 

   Postal Code (Optional): Enter the postal code. 

   Country (Optional): Enter the name of the country. 

Attendees: This block contains the details of the attendees of the event. 

   Email Address (Mandatory): Enter the email ID of the attendee. 

   Name (Mandatory): Enter the name of the attendee.

   Attendees Type (Optional): Enter the attendee type. Available options are 'Required', 'Optional', and 'Resource'. By default, the value for this field is set to 'Required'.  

You can add multiple attendees by clicking on the 'ADD' link. 

Once you have entered the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will create a new event in your Office 365-Calendar account.
