Schedule Meet

Moxtra provides embeddable mobile collaboration solutions for better team and project management. This activity lets you schedule a meet in your Moxtra account. To achieve this, add this activity to your canvas and configure it. Select the appropriate access token for Moxtra from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created an access token yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one. 

Field data

Name (Mandatory): Provide a suitable meet topic name.

Type (Mandatory): Select the way you wish to set the starting time of the meet from the dropdown list. If you select 'Starts' option, you will need to enter the start and end time of the meet in ISO-8601 - 'YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm:ssZ' with UTC time zone format. If you select 'Start time' option, You will need to enter the start and end time in milliseconds starting from 1/1/1970. By default, the value for this field is set to 'Starts'. 

Agenda (Optional): Specify the agenda of the meet.

Auto Recording (Mandatory): Specify if you wish to enable recording when the meet starts. By default, the value for this field is set to 'False'.

Record Multiple Video Channel (Mandatory): Specify if you wish to record the video in multiple channels. By default, the value for this field is set to 'False'.

Join Before Minutes (Optional): Enter the number of minutes before the attendees can join the meet. 

Email Off (Mandatory): Specify if you wish to turn off sending email. By default, the value for this field is set to 'False'.

Notification Off (Mandatory): Specify if you wish to turn off push notifications. By default, the value for this field is set to 'False'.

Tag_Name (Optional): Provide a suitable tag name.

Tag_Value (Optional): Enter the value for specified tag name. You can add values for multiple tags by clicking on '+ADD' link.

Once you have entered all the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will schedule a meet in your Moxtra account.
