Add Comment To-Do

Moxtra provides embeddable mobile collaboration solutions for better team and project management. This activity lets you add a comment to an existing to-do item. To achieve this, add this activity to your canvas and configure it. Select the appropriate access token for Moxtra from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created an access token yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one. 

Field data :

Binder ID (Mandatory): Select/specify the ID of the binder in which the desired to-do item exists. You can also search the binder by its name or ID.

To-do ID (Mandatory): Select/specify the ID of the to-do item to which you wish to add a comment. You can also search the to-do item by its name or ID.

Creator ID (Mandatory): Select/specify the ID of the user who created the to-do item. You can also search the user by his name or ID.

Comments (Mandatory): Enter the comment(s) that you wish to add to the specified to-do item.

Name (Optional): Enter the name of the to-Do item to which you wish to add the comment.

Due time (Optional): Enter the due time in milliseconds, starting from 1/1/1970. 

Assignee ID (Optional): Select/specify the ID of the user who is assigned to the specified to-do item. You can also search the user by his name or ID.

Reminder time (Optional): Enter the reminder time in milliseconds, starting from 1/1/1970.

Description (Optional): Enter the description that you wish to add to the specified to-do item.

Fields To Null (Optional): Enter the comma separated list of fields that you wish to delete from the to-do item. Acceptable field values are: 'assignee_id','due_time' and 'reminder_time'.

Once you have entered all the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will add the specified comment(s) to an existing To-do item.
