Landslide is web-based customer relationship management (CRM) software for small and mid-sized businesses. This action lets you retrieve one or more tasks from your Landslide account. To achieve this, add this action to your canvas, and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for landslide. If you haven’t created any connection, select ‘Add New’ to create one.
Select one of the options (‘Get Task by ID’ or ‘Get Task list’) given under ‘Select retrieve criteria’.
The ‘Get Task by ID’ option lets you retrieve a single task. To retrieve a single task, enter the ID of the task in the ‘Task ID’ field.
The ‘Get Task list’ field lets you retrieve multiple tasks. To retrieve a task by its name, enter the ‘Task name’. You can optionally retrieve tasks that are associated to a particular contact. To get tasks assigned to or created by a specific user, enter the user ID in the ‘Task assigned to’ or ‘Created by’ fields. If you wish to get tasks by their type, enter the id of the task type in the ‘Task type ID’ field.
You can get tasks updated after a particular date/time by entering a date/time in the ‘Task updated after’ field. The supported date formats are '2014-10-06T13:22:17-08:00' and '2014-10-06'. You can also specify a custom search query by entering values under ‘Search Criteria (WsTask, fields)’. Lastly, enter the starting point in ‘First result position’ and maximum number of results in ‘Number of results to be returned’.
Once you enter the required details, click ‘Done’ and run the workflow. This will return the list of tasks that match the specified search parameters.
