JIRA, a product by Atlassian, offers bug tracking, issue tracking, and project management functions. This action enables you to update an existing issue in your JIRA account. To achieve this, add this action to your canvas, and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for JIRA. If you haven’t created any connections, select ‘Add new’ to create one.
In the ‘Issue ID’ field, enter the ID of the issue that you wish to update. Then, enter the new value in the ‘Name’ (Assignee name) and ‘Summary’ fields. You can also update the priority of the issue. Once you enter the required details, click on ‘Done’ and run the workflow. This will update the issue with the specified details.
