New Lead

Interakt is a customer engagement platform that provides data analytics, marketing, and support for websites and mobile apps. Any event within Interakt can be set as a trigger for your workflow. Whenever the specified event happens, the associated workflow will run automatically. 

To set any Interakt event as trigger, you first need to switch on the trigger toggle button located near the ‘Start’ icon in your workflow. Then, from the list of triggers under ‘All Triggers’ on the right, drag and drop Interakt in to the given box. 

Once you do this, select any event of your choice that you wish to set as trigger from the ‘Select Trigger’ dropdown options. Let us have a look at the various Interakt events that you can set as trigger.

New Lead: When you set ‘New Lead’ as trigger, Built.io Flow will run the associated workflow automatically whenever a new lead is created in your Interakt account. To set this as trigger, enter your Interakt account’s App ID and API key in the relevant fields. Then, provide a relevant name for this trigger. Once you enter these details, save this trigger, and click on ‘Done’ to return your workflow canvas. Now, whenever a new ticket is created in your Zendesk account, the workflow will run automatically.

Once you have entered all the details, 'Save' them and click on 'Done'. This will take you back to canvas.
