Common Questions

To use HubSpot in your workflow, you will first need to connect it with Built.io Flow. 

To do this, drag any HubSpot action listed under HubSpot service on the canvas. In case of configuring HubSpot triggers, double-click on the Start icon on your canvas and select HubSpot service. Then, click on the Add New option listed under the Authorize HubSpot field in the configuration window. You will be prompted to grant a set of permissions to access the resources of your HubSpot account for Built.io.

Click on ALLOW. You will be redirected to the HubSpot login page where you will need to enter the credentials of your HubSpot account.

Once you have logged in to your account, you will be redirected to a new window where you can see the list of all applications associated with your account.

Click on the name of the application for which you want to create a connection. This will take you back to canvas.

Rename the authorization as per your choice and click on the ADD button. You can now see the added authorization under Authorize HubSpot field. Once added, this authorization will be available in all HubSpot actions and triggers
