Get Mailboxes

Help Scout is a support management system that allows enterprises to easily manage customer interactions and support requests. Using this action, you can retrieve the list of all the mailboxes (or mailboxes of a particular page) that are available in your Help Scout account. To achieve this, add this action to your canvas, and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for Help Scout. If you haven’t created a conversation, select ‘Add new’ to create one. 

You can retrieve mailboxes of a particular page by entering the page number in the ‘Page’ field. Once you enter the page number, click on ‘Done’ and run the workflow. This will return the current page that was passed, the total number of pages available, the total number of objects, and the collection of mailbox objects of the specified page.
