Get Customers

Help Scout is a support management system that allows enterprises to easily manage customer interactions and support requests. Using this action, you can retrieve the list of all the customers created in your Help Scout account. To achieve this, add this action to your canvas, and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for Help Scout. If you haven’t created a conversation, select ‘Add new’ to create one. 

If you wish to get all the customers, ignore the optional fields and run the workflow. Else, you can filter customer by first name, last name, or email id. Once you enter these details, click on ‘Done’ and run the workflow. This will return the list of customers that match your defined criteria.
