Get Conversations

Help Scout is a support management system that allows enterprises to easily manage customer interactions and support requests. Using this action, you can retrieve the list of all conversations associated with a particular mailbox. To achieve this, add this action to your canvas, and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for Help Scout. If you haven’t created a conversation, select ‘Add new’ to create one. 

In the ‘Mailbox ID’ field, enter the ID of the mailbox you wish to get the conversations of. If you wish to get the conversations of a specific page, enter the page number in the ‘Page’ field. The status field allows you to filter your search (All, Active, or Pending). Select the appropriate option to get relevant response. Once you enter these details, click on ‘Done’ and run the workflow. This will return the conversations that mach your defined criteria.
