Customer Details

Help Scout is a support management system that allows enterprises to easily manage customer interactions and support requests. This action lets you retrieve the details of a particular customer. To achieve this, add this action to your canvas, and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for Help Scout. If you haven’t created a conversation, select ‘Add new’ to create one. 

In the ‘Customer ID’ field, enter the ID of the customer you wish to get the details of. Once you enter the ID, click on ‘Done’ and run the workflow. This will return more details about the specified customer.
