Common Questions

To use Google Sheets in your flow, you will first need to connect Google Sheets to Built.io Flow. 

To do this, drag any Google Sheets action listed under Google Sheets service on the canvas and click on ‘Add New’ option listed under ‘Authorize Google Sheets’ field in the configuration window. You will be redirected to a new window where you will be prompted to allow a set of permissions to Built.io Flow. Click on ‘Allow’.

If you are not logged-in to your Gmail account, you will be prompted to do so. If you are already logged in, you will be redirected to a new window. 

Next, you will be asked to allow offline access of your Google Sheets to Built.io Flow. Click on ‘Allow’.

After this step, you will be redirected to canvas. 

Rename authorization

Rename the authorization as per your choice and click on ‘Add’ link. You can now see the added authorization under ‘Authorize Google Sheets’ field. Once added, this authorization will be available in all Google Sheets actions and triggers.

You can add multiple rows to a Google Sheets spreadsheet using 'Add Rows' or 'Update Rows' action. You can provide input for multiple rows by entering either multi line CSV values or an array of JSON array.
