To use Gmail in your workflow, you will first need to connect Gmail to Built.io Flow.
To do this, drag any Gmail action listed under Gmail service on the canvas. In case of configuring Gmail triggers, double-click on the Start icon on your canvas and select Gmail service. Then, click on the Add New option listed under the Authorize to Gmail field in the configuration window. You will be redirected to a new window where you will be prompted to allow a set of permissions to Built.io Flow. Click on Allow.
If you are not logged-in to your Gmail account, you will be prompted to do so. If you are already logged in, you will be redirected to a new window.
You will be asked to allow offline access of your Gmail account to Built.io Flow. Click Allow.
After this step, you will be redirected to canvas.
Rename the authorization as per your choice and click ADD. You can now see the added authorization under the Authorize to Gmail field. Once added, this authorization will be available in all Gmail actions and triggers.
