Common Questions
To use Freshdesk in your flow, you will first need to connect Freshdesk to Built.io Flow Enterprise.
To do this, drag any Freshdesk action listed under Freshdesk service on the canvas and click on ‘Add New’ option listed under ‘Connect to Freshdesk’ field in the configuration window. A connection configuration window will appear where you will be prompted to enter the 'API key' and 'Domain Name' of your Freshdesk account.
To retrieve the 'API Key' follow the steps given below:
1. Log in to your Freshdesk accoun. Click on the 'Profile Picture' icon given on the top-right hand side of the window and click on 'Profile Settings' option.
2. You wilNext, you will be prompted to authorize Built.io Flow Enterprise to access your SurveyMonkey account resources.
Click on 'Authorize'. You will be redirected to canvas.
Rename the authorization as per your choice and click on ‘Add’ link. You can now see the added authorization under ‘Authorize SurveyMonkey’ field. Once added, this authorization will be available in all SurveyMonkey actions and triggers.
