The ‘Order Refunded' trigger fires off the workflow whenever an existing order for a specific event is refunded in your Eventbrite account. To use this trigger, configure the ‘Start’ icon, and from the panel on the right-hand side, drag ‘Eventbrite’ into the trigger box. Enter values in the fields as per the instructions given below:
Select Trigger (Mandatory): Select the 'Order Refunded' trigger from the drop-down list.
Authorize Eventbrite: Select the appropriate authorization for Eventbrite from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created an authorization yet, select ‘Add new’ to create one.
Event ID (Optional): Select/specify the ID of the event for which you wish to set a trigger.
Trigger Name (Mandatory): Provide a suitable name for the trigger.
You can also use custom filters to add customize conditions for your trigger.
Input (Mandatory): Add the trigger data key given on the right hand side of the configuration window as an input for this field, as per your requirement.
Condition (Mandatory): Specify the condition from the drop-down list
Expected (Mandatory): Enter the expected value for the specified condition.
Once you have entered all the details, 'Save' the trigger, and click on 'Done'. This will take you back to canvas.
