Common Questions

To use any Dynamics 365 actions in your workflow, you will need to first connect Dynamics 365 with Built.io Flow Enterprise.

To do this, drag and drop any Dynamics 365 action on the canvas. Double-click on this action to open the configuration page. Under ‘Authorize Dynamics 365’, select ‘Add New’. This will open a new dialog box where you need to specify the details of your Dynamics 365 account.

Tenant ID: By default, the value for this field is 'Common'. Alternatively, you can provide the 'Tenant ID' of your Office 365 account. Learn how to retrieve the 'Tenant ID' of your Office 365 account here

Resource URL: Enter the complete resource URL of your Dynamics 365 account. E.g., https://demo.crm1.dynamics.com. 

Once you have entered all the details, click 'Allow'. 

The next page will prompt you to enter the credentials for your Microsoft account.

Once you have entered the credentials, click on 'Sign In' link. 

Next, rename the authorization as per your choice in the dialogue box that appears, and click ‘Add’.

You will now see the added authorization under ‘Authorize Dynamics 365’. Once added, this authorization will be available in any Dynamics 365 action or trigger.
