Common Questions

To use any Context.IO actions in your workflow, you will first need to connect Context.IO to Built.io Flow Enterprise.

To do this, drag any Context.IO action listed under Context.IO service on the canvas and click on ‘Add New’ option listed under ‘Connect to Context.IO’ field in the configuration window. This link redirects you to a new dialog box which requires you to enter the consumer key and consumer secret of your Context.IO account.

Obtaining Consumer Key and Consumer Secret

Log in to your Context.IO account. Click on the ‘Settings’ module, and select ‘API keys and libraries’.

Here, you will find the consumer key and consumer secret of your Context.IO account.

Copy and paste this consumer key and consumer secret in the ‘Add Connection’ dialog window.

Rename the connection as per your choice, and click on ‘Add’ link. You can now see added connection under ‘Connect to Context.IO’ field. Once added, this connection will be available in all Context.IO actions and triggers.
