Get Campaign Spam Complaints

Campaign Monitor is email marketing software that helps businesses create, send, and optimize email marketing campaigns. Using this action, you can get the list of all the subscribers who marked the specified campaign as spam. You can modify the result by defining certain parameters, such as page size, sort order, and sort direction. 

To achieve this, add this action to your canvas and configure it. Select an appropriate access token for Campaign Monitor. If you haven’t created any access token, select ‘Add New’ to create one. In the ‘Campaign ID’ field, specify the ID of the campaign you want the data for. If you wish to get the complaints made on or after a particular date, specify the date in the ‘Date’ field in YYYY-MM-DD HH:MM format. Here, you can also define the number of pages and results per page you wish to retrieve. Lastly, select the field you wish to order the results by.   

Once you have entered all the required details, click on ‘Done’ and run the workflow. This will return the list of all the subscribers who market the given campaign as spam.
