Get Entry

Built.io Contentstack is a headless content management system by Built.io. This activity lets returns more details about the specified entry of a content type. To do this, add this activity to your canvas and configure it. Select the appropriate connection for Built.io Contentstack from the drop-down list. If you haven’t created a connection yet, select ‘Add New’ to create one.

Field data

Stack API Key (mandatory): Enter the API key of your stack in Built.io Contentstack. You can find the stack’s API key in Setting > Stack.

Content Type Unique ID (mandatory): Enter the ID of the content type of which you wish to get the entries. You can get the unique ID by editing the content type.

Entry Unique ID (mandatory): Enter the ID of the entry of which you wish to get the details. You can find the ID of the entry on the entry page, under ‘Entry Details’.

Include Environment (optional): Enter the name of the environment. It will return only the entry that is published to the specified environment.

Locale (optional): Enter the code of the language that needs to be included. 

Version (optional): Enter the version number if you wish to get only a particular version of the entry.

Unique ID of the field to fetch (optional): Enter the IDs of the fields that need to be fetched for the entry. 

Include Schema (mandatory): Select true to include the schema portion of the content type.

Include Owner (mandatory): Select true to get the owner’s details of the entry. 

Reference Field to Include (optional): This parameter accepts the name of a reference field. By default, no reference field is brought along with the entry; only the uids are. To include any reference, one must use this parameter. Nested references can be brought, with '.' separating the references. This will work for references nested inside groups or references nested inside other references.

Once you have entered all the details, click on 'Done' and 'Run' the flow. This will retrieve more details about the specified entry of a content type.
